June 4, 2018

Manitowoc, Wis.—Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity (FSCC) announce today that Scott McConnaha has been named acting president and CEO of Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity Sponsored Ministries, Inc. (FSCCM), a Manitowoc, Wis.-based system. McConnaha has been with FSCCM for the past 10 years, most recently serving as vice president of mission and strategy. McConnaha succeeds Dan McGinty, former president and CEO.

Sister Natalie Binversie, FSCC community director and chair of the FSCCM Board of Directors, said “We are grateful for Dan’s service these past two years and wish him well in his future endeavors.” McGinty served as FSCCM president and CEO since June 1, 2016.

Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity Sponsored Ministries, Inc., is a not-for-profit corporation established in 1985 (formerly named Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity HealthCare Ministry) to monitor and manage the health care ministry of the Congregation of the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity. The health care ministry spans three states—Wisconsin, Nebraska and Ohio—and has existed for over 100 years. In 2012, the name was changed to Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity Sponsored Ministries to reflect the addition of the congregation’s Silver Lake College of the Holy Family, located in Manitowoc, to the corporation.
